    Hire-Lexi Service Terms & Conditions

Social Boost Agency · Effective date: 14 October 2026 · Last updated: 14 October 2026

These Service Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision and use of Hire-Lexi, an AI-powered receptionist and business communications service provided by Social Boost Agency.

These Terms apply to business customers purchasing or using Hire-Lexi. They should be read alongside the applicable quotation, order form, pricing schedule and any Data Processing Agreement.

    1. About Us

Hire-Lexi is provided by SCIAL BSST AGNCY LTD, trading as Social Boost Agency ("Social Boost Agency", "we", "us" or "our").

    Registered address:

    374 Penny Lane Business Centre
    Smithdown Road
    Liverpool, England
    L15 5AN

    Website: https://www.socialboostagency.co.uk

    Email: privacy@socialboostagency.co.uk

The registered company name must be verified against Companies House before these Terms are published.

    2. Acceptance of Terms

By signing an agreement, accepting a quotation, authorising payment or activating Hire-Lexi, the business customer ("Client", "you" or "your") agrees to these Terms, provided they have been made available before acceptance.

The person accepting these Terms confirms that they have authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of the Client.

These Terms apply to business customers and are not intended to govern purchases by consumers.

Where a signed order form expressly varies these Terms, the signed order form takes precedence for the relevant commercial provision.

    3. Description of Hire-Lexi

Hire-Lexi is an AI-powered receptionist and communications service designed to assist businesses with inbound calls, customer enquiries and administrative tasks.

Depending on the agreed configuration, Hire-Lexi may:

    • Answer incoming telephone calls.
    • Respond to common customer enquiries.
    • Collect caller information.
    • Arrange, amend or cancel appointments.
    • Send SMS messages or follow-up information.
    • Assist with payment or deposit requests through approved integrations.
    • Route enquiries to designated team members.
    • Integrate with approved booking, CRM and business systems.
    • Perform other agreed automated tasks.

The features available to each Client depend on the purchased subscription, implementation scope and supported integrations.

Any additional functionality must be agreed separately.

    4. AI Technology and Service Limitations

Hire-Lexi uses artificial intelligence to interpret caller requests and generate responses.

Although the service is designed to operate reliably, AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate.

Social Boost Agency does not guarantee that Hire-Lexi will correctly interpret every caller, complete every booking or provide an error-free response in every circumstance.

    The Client acknowledges that:

    • AI-generated responses require appropriate configuration and oversight.
    • Speech recognition may be affected by background noise, poor connections, accents or unclear speech.
    • Third-party systems may occasionally become unavailable.
    • Some enquiries may require intervention by a human employee.
    • The Client remains responsible for reviewing important business transactions and appointments.

Social Boost Agency will use reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    5. Client Onboarding and Setup

Each Hire-Lexi implementation is configured according to the Client's agreed requirements.

    Setup may include:

    • Business information and knowledge-base configuration.
    • AI receptionist training and response instructions.
    • Call routing and telephone configuration.
    • Appointment and booking workflows.
    • CRM and calendar integrations.
    • Payment integrations.
    • Testing and optimisation.
    • Custom automations and API connections.

The Client agrees to provide accurate information, relevant system access and reasonable cooperation during onboarding.

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable integrations or incomplete Client instructions may affect the implementation timetable.

Any proposed delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed as a binding deadline.

    6. Setup Fees

A one-time setup fee applies to the implementation of Hire-Lexi.

The setup fee varies according to the complexity and scope of the Client's requirements and will be quoted and agreed before implementation begins.

Setup fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Setup fees are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Where the Client requests additional functionality or changes outside the agreed implementation scope, Social Boost Agency may issue a separate quotation.

No additional charge for out-of-scope work will be incurred without the Client's agreement.

    7. Monthly Subscription Fees

Hire-Lexi is provided on a rolling monthly subscription.

Standard subscription pricing starts from £497 per month, although the actual subscription fee is determined by the Client's requirements, business size, agreed functionality and service scope.

The applicable monthly subscription fee will be confirmed before activation.

Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance using the agreed payment method.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable quotation, the subscription continues automatically each month until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

There is no fixed 6-month or 12-month commitment unless separately agreed in writing.

    8. Call Minutes and Pay-As-You-Go Usage

Call minutes, telephony services and other applicable usage-based services are charged separately from the monthly subscription.

Usage charges are calculated according to the Client's actual consumption and the rates agreed before activation.

Depending on the agreed services, usage charges may include:

    • Inbound or outbound call minutes.
    • AI voice processing.
    • Telephone services.
    • SMS messaging.
    • Other specifically agreed usage-based features.

The applicable rates and chargeable usage units will be provided in the Client's quotation or pricing schedule.

Clients are charged for usage actually incurred and are not required to purchase prepaid credit.

Usage charges may vary between billing periods according to actual service consumption.

Any material change to the agreed usage rates will be communicated in advance.

    9. Automatic Payments Through Stripe

Subscription fees and usage charges are processed through Social Boost Agency using Stripe as the payment processor.

By providing a payment method and authorising recurring payments, the Client authorises Social Boost Agency to collect:

    1. The agreed monthly subscription fee.
    2. Applicable usage-based charges calculated according to the agreed pricing schedule.
    3. Any other charges expressly approved by the Client.

The timing and frequency of automatic usage collections will be disclosed in the applicable order form or billing schedule before payment authorisation.

The Client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

Invoices, receipts or payment records will be made available through the applicable billing arrangements.

Where a payment fails, Social Boost Agency may request an updated payment method and retry collection where authorised.

We may suspend affected services for overdue payments after providing reasonable notice, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent fraud, security risks or material financial exposure.

    10. Taxes

Unless otherwise expressly stated, quoted prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.

Where VAT or another tax is legally chargeable, it will be added at the applicable rate and identified on the relevant invoice.

    11. Rolling Contract and Cancellation

Hire-Lexi operates on a rolling monthly basis.

Either party may terminate the subscription by providing at least 30 days' written notice.

Clients may submit cancellation requests through the designated support contact or another written cancellation channel provided by Social Boost Agency.

Cancellation takes effect 30 days after valid notice is received, or on a later date specified in the notice.

Subscription charges will be calculated in accordance with the agreed billing cycle. Any advance payment for a period extending beyond the effective termination date will be addressed under the Client's agreed billing schedule and applicable law.

    The Client remains responsible for:

    • Subscription fees properly due before termination.
    • Usage charges incurred up to the effective termination date.
    • Previously approved additional services or implementation work.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund of the setup fee.

Social Boost Agency may terminate the agreement immediately for serious misuse, unlawful activity or material security threats where justified, or following an opportunity to remedy a material breach where appropriate.

    12. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the information and instructions supplied to Hire-Lexi are accurate, lawful and up to date.

    This includes:

    • Opening hours and availability.
    • Appointment types and durations.
    • Pricing and deposit requirements.
    • Business policies.
    • Staff contact details.
    • Escalation procedures.
    • Emergency instructions.
    • Information supplied for customer responses.

The Client must promptly notify Social Boost Agency of material changes affecting the operation of Hire-Lexi.

The Client is responsible for maintaining appropriate human oversight and reviewing important appointments, communications and transactions.

The Client must not use Hire-Lexi for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

    13. Regulated Businesses and Sensitive Enquiries

Clients operating in regulated sectors, including healthcare, dentistry and financial services, remain responsible for complying with the laws, professional standards and regulatory obligations applicable to their businesses.

Hire-Lexi is an administrative communications tool and is not a substitute for qualified professional judgement.

Unless specifically designed, approved and contractually agreed for a particular use, Hire-Lexi must not be relied upon to:

    • Diagnose medical conditions.
    • Provide personalised medical treatment advice.
    • Make emergency clinical decisions.
    • Provide regulated financial or legal advice.
    • Replace qualified professionals in high-risk situations.

The Client must provide appropriate escalation instructions for emergencies, vulnerable callers and enquiries requiring professional intervention.

    14. Call Recording, Transcription and Data Protection

Depending on the agreed configuration, Hire-Lexi may record telephone calls, generate transcripts and process caller information to provide the contracted services.

The Client is responsible for establishing an appropriate lawful basis for its use of the service and for providing required privacy information to callers.

Social Boost Agency will provide the relevant information and functionality agreed as part of the implementation, including configured AI disclosure and recording notices.

Where Social Boost Agency processes personal data on behalf of the Client, the parties will enter into an appropriate Data Processing Agreement where required by law.

Call recordings and transcripts are intended to be retained for up to 90 days under the standard service configuration, subject to the applicable Data Processing Agreement, agreed retention settings and verified technical arrangements.

Any handling of special-category personal data, including health information, must comply with applicable data protection requirements and the agreed processing instructions.

Social Boost Agency will not use Client call recordings or transcripts to train general-purpose AI models unless separately authorised and lawfully permitted.

The parties acknowledge that personal data may be processed by authorised service providers under appropriate contractual and security arrangements.

    15. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Hire-Lexi may connect with external systems, including calendars, booking software, payment services, telephone providers and other business applications.

The availability and functionality of integrations may depend on third-party systems, permissions, APIs and technical restrictions.

Social Boost Agency will use reasonable care when implementing and maintaining agreed integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services outside its reasonable control.

The Client remains responsible for maintaining any necessary third-party licences, subscriptions and permissions unless expressly included in the agreed service.

Any material additional integration costs will be disclosed and agreed in advance.

    16. Service Availability, Maintenance and Support

Social Boost Agency aims to make Hire-Lexi available in accordance with the agreed service configuration.

However, continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be affected by:

    • Scheduled maintenance.
    • Internet or telecommunications failures.
    • Third-party service interruptions.
    • Software updates.
    • Security incidents.
    • Events outside reasonable control.

Social Boost Agency will use reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve service issues within its control.

Support channels, operating hours, response targets and any service-level commitments will be specified in the Client's agreement where applicable.

No guaranteed uptime percentage or service credit applies unless expressly agreed in writing.

    17. Intellectual Property

Social Boost Agency and its licensors retain ownership of their respective software, systems, templates, workflows, methodologies, documentation and intellectual property used to deliver Hire-Lexi.

The Client retains ownership of its business information, trademarks, customer data and other materials supplied to Social Boost Agency.

During the subscription, the Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the agreed Hire-Lexi services for its internal business operations.

Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription does not transfer ownership of Hire-Lexi software, platform technology or reusable automation components to the Client.

    18. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential the other party's non-public business, technical, financial and operational information obtained through the relationship.

Confidential information may be used only for purposes connected with delivering or receiving the contracted services.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

Each party will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information from unauthorised disclosure.

    19. Suspension of Services

Social Boost Agency may suspend all or part of Hire-Lexi where reasonably necessary because of:

    • Overdue payments.
    • Fraudulent or unlawful use.
    • Material security risks.
    • Serious misuse of the service.
    • A material breach of these Terms.
    • A third-party restriction that prevents lawful service delivery.

Where reasonably practicable, Social Boost Agency will provide advance notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension does not automatically terminate the agreement or waive properly accrued charges.

    20. Liability

Social Boost Agency will provide the services with reasonable care and skill.

The Client acknowledges that Hire-Lexi is an automated assistance tool and that the Client retains responsibility for its business decisions, customer relationships and appropriate oversight of the service.

Neither party excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to those exceptions, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, to the extent such exclusions are enforceable under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law and any expressly agreed exceptions, Social Boost Agency's total aggregate liability arising from the agreement will not exceed the total subscription and usage fees paid or payable by the Client during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation is subject to applicable legal requirements of reasonableness and does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

    21. Changes to Services and Pricing

Social Boost Agency may update Hire-Lexi to improve functionality, security, reliability or performance.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that adversely affect the agreed service.

Any increase to the Client's recurring subscription fee or agreed usage rates will ordinarily be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Where a material pricing change is not accepted, the Client may terminate in accordance with the applicable cancellation arrangements, with the change not taking effect during any applicable notice period unless expressly agreed.

    22. Data Export and Termination

Following termination, the Client may request an export of available Client data where technically supported and legally appropriate.

Personal data will be returned, retained or deleted in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement, documented instructions and legal obligations.

The Client is responsible for arranging alternative telephone handling, customer communications and booking processes before the effective termination date.

Social Boost Agency is not responsible for maintaining the Client's service after the agreement has ended unless a separate transition arrangement is agreed.

    23. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations already due.

Such circumstances may include major telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government restrictions or widespread infrastructure outages.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and notify the other party where practicable.

    24. Changes to These Terms

Social Boost Agency may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes affecting existing Clients will be communicated in advance and will take effect only in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

The latest published version will be available on the Social Boost Agency website.

    25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

Subject to any mandatory legal requirements, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
